Chlorine – WMD in Your Water

Chlorine has been known as a weapon of war for almost a century. And for most of that time chlorination of water has been the rule in the western world. There is no question that chlorination of water has reduced death from infectious diseases, especially in babies and young children. On the other hand, it is equally important to acknowledge that chlorine is exceedingly toxic. The fact is that chlorination of water produces trihalomethanes, known carcinogens, which may be as toxic to the immune system as chlorine appears to be to arteries! As late as 1966, the BRITISH HEART JOURNAL considered heart attack almost non-existent rather than prevalent but unrecognized prior to the 1930’s, ten years after the widespread use of chlorinated water.

CORONARIES, CHOLESTEROL, CHLORINE by Joseph M. Price, M.D., 2002 edition, maintains that the 20th century epidemic of heart disease and strokes is the result of chlorination of water. One of his greatest arguments is that our increase in life expectancy is largely due to the decrease in deaths among the young, a fact that cannot be disputed. Perhaps the greatest support for Dr. Price’s theory is his experiments with chickens, one of the species most explored in atherosclerosis research, second perhaps only to the rabbit. He compared two groups of 50 each of 3-month-old cockerels. All were fed equal amounts of corn and oats with 5% margarine (loaded with transfats!). One half were given chlorinated water to drink and one half had only distilled water. Within 3 weeks the chlorine-treated animals became lethargic and disheveled and they grew less healthy with time. At autopsy, the chlorine treated chickens had atherosclerosis 95% of the time!! No atherosclerosis was found in the control group! Dr. Price later repeated his experiment with similar results.

There is at least some suspicion that chlorinated water can allow some transcutaneous absorption of chlorine, of considerable importance not just in bathing/showering in chlorinated water but also in swimming in chlorinated pools. The mere taste of chlorinated water is adequate to make it unacceptable for cooking, drinking or bathing. Chlorine is toxic, even to plants and goldfish, as well as to people. Although it may be difficult to avoid chlorination of the public water supply, as non-chlorinated water can bring parasites and many infectious agents into the body, I do NOT recommend drinking or bathing in chlorinated water. There are relatively inexpensive solutions – filters for water which can be used only in the kitchen or can be obtained for the entire home water system or for kitchen and bath. When traveling, I use bottled water. At home, I have safe well water. For those who live in cities, I strongly recommend appropriate filters. And remember, softened water is NOT safe to drink!

How It Happens To Us & How To Defend Ourselves

Many of us have come to appreciate that we live in more than a physical world. We also share in a realm of subtle energies of thoughts and feelings. This is the psychic environment that surrounds each us. The influence of these forces are usually subtle, sometimes forceful, occasionally harmful, and always present.

There is a dark side of these forces that can harm us. For instance, the anger, fear, or sadness that other people feel is not only an unpleasant event for them-it also can be irritating to us. Their dark mood become the equivalent of a bad body odor that offends all those nearby.

Psychic vandalism is what happens when we suffer from the negative thoughts and feelings of other people. If you have ever suffered from fatigue or irritability after being around nasty people, you probably have been a victim of psychic vandalism.

My new book, Psychic Vandalism-How it Happens & How to Defend Ourselves is the product of decades of having to cope with psychic vandalism directed at me. Out of long experience, I have often tried to write about this topic, but the psychic attacks were so severe that I had to shelve the effort. However, I am now ready to complete the work.

The work consists of five parts. The first part explains how all of us generate mental and emotional energies that become the psychic forces that accompany silent thoughts and overt speech. These energies can be created, stored, projected, and received. They can have a significant impact on our mood and beliefs when we are bathed in them.

Many are unaware of the subtle erosion of confidence, joy, and courage that can occur when we are not on guard against the negativity of others-especially those who dislike or envy us, our beliefs, and our abilities.

The third part describes the methods that can be helpful in defending ourselves against all forms of psychic vandalism. This is far more than the usual imagined shell of light or simple affirmations that others write about. The real shell that protects us from psychic attack is made up of our strong, focused convictions, attitudes, intentions, commitment to excellence, and attunement to higher powers. Establishing this takes time and meticulous effort.

The fourth part of Psychic Vandalism deals with the work of repair of existing damage to our beliefs, self-esteem, and assertiveness. This is a vital step in building up a permanent defense against psychic vandalism. It requires thorough mental housecleaning and integration of our personality around noble values and beliefs.

The fifth part of Psychic Vandalism is concerned with the tremendous power and threat of negative groups. Group vandalism-usually from religious or political groups-is very prevalent and much more difficult to manage than an attack by an individual. This is because the collective energies of hundreds can be harnessed to overwhelm any single individual. The methods of defense for this type of vandalism are also quite different.

I am writing this book in a different manner than previous books. The first PUBLICATION WILL BY THROUGH E-MAIL. The China Study – A Review



Here is another excellent research study, which is indeed well done work, but which leads the authors to make remarkable conclusions which are not justified. The Campbells correctly criticize the American diet with its junk fast food, widely advertised in such otherwise reputable publications as NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC and FAMILY DOCTOR. They also correctly conclude that good nutrition can eliminate most adult onset diabetes, heart disease, breast and prostate cancer, kidney stones and many autoimmune diseases. And they correctly emphasize the enormous failure of Modern Medicine, which itself is the third leading cause of death.

The excellence then begins to fade. Comparing the effect of a 20% protein diet with a 5% protein diet is, a ridiculous argument. No one, not even the Campbells recommends a diet that deficient in protein. Mixing the known toxicity of aflatoxins and nitrosamine as arguments also is distracting and non-informative. Winding up recommending a 10% protein diet, of which 100% is of plant origin, when even their research suggested that at least 12% was no worse, is also misleading. Finally recommending ONLY plant protein as the answer to all disease is a far stretch. Animals who eat only plants do develop cancer. People fed only plants do develop both atherosclerosis and cancer. Those facts are not addressed,. Even in the Chinese counties with the lowest incidence of cancer, the rate was still 5 to 7% as high as in the Chinese counties with the highest incidence. Furthermore, even in the Chinese counties with high rates of cancer at least 10% of the protein came from animal protein and overall the differences in protein were not enough to account for the conclusions.

The average cholesterol of Chinese is remarkably low and much lower than I have seen in vegans in this country. Exercise and total calorie consumption are much higher in China. The average body mass index is also significantly lower than it is in America. Indeed it is about the same as in Okinawa, where the much longer life expectancy can easily be explained on BMI alone. Unfortunately, the Campbells do not give life expectancy of the Chinese. But on the internet, as of October 2005, average life expectancy of Chinese is listed as just over 71, at least 7 years below that in the United States. Gosh, eat only plants and die 7 years earlier! Life expectancy in Japan is three years longer than that in the U.S. and 9 years longer than in China.. Animal protein intake in Japan is certainly much higher than in China. The high intake of iodine may well be of far greater benefit than the vegan diet pushed by the Campbells.

There is also good evidence in the Campbell study that there is an increased Chinese death rate from infectious diseases. This may mean that some of the decreased incidence of cancer in China is the significant number who die in early life and do not reach the age at which cancer is likely to occur.

There is no doubt that processed food is the number one dietary culprit in this country. Couple that with obesity, inactivity and just plain stress, another issue not dealt with in THE CHINA STORY. Dr. Hans Eysenck’s work indicated that approximately 99% of those who die of cancer or heart disease have serious life-long depression or anger. Without an in depth look at personality influences, a ”Grand Prix” evaluation of nutrition falls short. Yes, we need to eat more vegetables and fruits. Unfortunately even much of these essentials in America are not necessarily the best quality. As Ross Hume Hall emphasized in the 70’s, in FOOD FOR NOUGHT, the quality of our produce is often poor, with deficiencies in minerals, etc. Rural China may have much better quality plant food. But the significantly lower average life expectancy in China is perhaps the greatest argument against the conclusions in THE CHINA STORY

Is America Flunking Science – Or Is Science Flunking Common Sense?

The TIME, Feb. 12, 2006, headline, Is America Flunking Science? is the perfect headline for my critique of three ”Rolls-Royce” articles that appeared in the latest JAMA and made newspaper headlines throughout the country.

Titled ”Low-Fat Dietary Pattern and Risk of

  • Invasive Breast Cancer
  • Colorectal Cancer
  • Cardiovascular Disease”

respectively, (JAMA, Feb. 8, 2006, (p. 629 thru 665),

All these articles fail to address a major scientific flaw. At the end of 8 years the 48,835 post-menopausal women, aged 50 to 70 at enrollment, were averaging a fat intake of 29%. I am not aware of anyone who would consider 29% a ”Low-fat dietary pattern.” With an 8 year study at 40 U.S. clinical centers, the cost of this mammoth study probably exceeded one million dollars per subject. In addition to modest reduction of fat, the average intake of fruits and vegetables wound up being only 4.7, below the ”minimal” most consider critical. Folate wound up being just over 300 micrograms, again well below the minimal considered essential. Weight wound up being 69.9 kg., cholesterol remained above 200 with LDL above 100 and triglycerides above 100. No significant evaluation of psychosocial factors was reported, even though we know that depression and anger have far greater influence in disease than virtually any other factor! Why would any intelligent person believe that a modest decrease in fat intake would make a difference in any aspect of health without considering the whole person?

What this ill-designed or executed study shows is that the subjects failed:

  • The primary goal of 20% fat intake
  • To make common-sense changes in exercise
  • To achieve a desirable BMI
  • To consume the essential minimal 400 mcg of folate daily
  • To lower cholesterol, LDL or triglycerides
  • To increase fruit and vegetable intake to the minimum of 5 servings per day
  • To be evaluated for psychosocial stress

If one of my graduate students had submitted a protocol such as this, I would have sent him/her back to the drawing board! Basically ALL that these three papers demonstrate is that it is difficult to change dietary habits. It may be even more difficult to change overall lifestyle, such as exercise, or to encourage even modest adjustments in essential nutrients, such as folate. But surely those who design and pay for such studies have the ability to address these critical issues and not consider this the Rolls-Royce of research.

The Ozawkie Book of the Dead: Alzheimer’s Isn’t What You Think It Is

Elmer Green, father of biofeedback and creator of the concept of Energy Medicine has written a remarkable summary of his concepts of consciousness. Essentially, the SOUL is ''an immortal spiritual entity'' and works in harmony with the Higher Self as a guardian angel for the soul. Elmer considers everyone to have a soul, which is our astral body. Each personality is ''a synthesis of three kinds of matter, physical substance, emotional substance and mental substance'' which together make up our body and soul (astral body).

After death, the soul or astral body is in the bardo, a Tibetan concept of a dimension with many levels representing the collective unconscious of the thoughts and feelings which have dominated the life just lived. Interestingly the White Light frequently reported by those who have had a near death experience is not common after death. When this occurs after death, the soul may transfigure into the Light of the Soul. But most individual souls become engrossed in ''dreamscapes'' in the bardo and remain engrossed for various periods of earth time. Eventually the astral body, soul, yearns for the Light of the Soul and merges with the SOUL, finally completing the connection with the previous personality. The SOUL then works with the higher Self to develop the next incarnation of that entity. Successive personalities and incarnations assist the SOUL to be trained for the ultimate consciousness, fit for Heaven, merging with the Creator, or God. There is no better summary of the spiritual journey of our physical incarnation.

This brief summary cannot do justice to the rich story told in 3 volumes totaling over 1700 pages. Alyce Green, Elmer's wife, was nurtured through a terminal illness, diagnosed as Alzheimer's. The Silent Spring & Summer, Fall and Winter!

When Rachel Carson wrote her masterpiece, the green and ecology movements were relatively small. Despite 50 years of growth in awareness of the pollution of the earth, pollution has mushroomed, thanks often to our FDA, USDA and EPA. We have known for at least 30 years that nitrosamines, widely used and in fact pushed by the FDA, are harmful. All ”processed” meats (bacon, sausage, hotdogs, ham, salami and so-called luncheon or sandwich meats), are loaded with nitrates. Now, there are two articles demonstrating that just 3 servings a week double your chances of developing stomach and pancreatic cancer. Nitrates are also increasingly in our ground water, thanks to USDA and BIG CHEM pushing nitrate fertilizers.

BIG CHEM, often part of the PharmacoMafia has provided us with hundreds of thousands of poisons. Bisphenol A has been found in the urine of 95% of Americans. It alters cellular function, damages fetal development, damages sexual development, markedly decreases fertility as well as cuts dramatically the number of male offspring, increases the incidence of prostate cancer and multiple Myeloma. Other than that Mrs. Lincoln, the play is not too bad! Bisphenol A is present in many ”pesticides” and herbicides and of course in some plastic bottles, etc. Indeed it is only one of many ”synthetic” chemicals that act like estrogens as well as just plain poisons. Today we have scores of toxic pesticides, herbicides, detergents, pharmaceuticals, heavy metals, and industrial chemicals dumped into our air and groundwater. Remember DDT, supposedly banned in this country some years ago. Our BIG CHEM industry exports it to many other countries which use it on the fruits and vegetables imported back into the U.S. Many of these poisons cause infertility, birth defects, miscarriages, stillbirths, learning disorders, aggressive behavior, and cancer, especially of breast, prostate and lymphatic system. And of course let us not forget transfats which have been known to be harmful for at least 50 years, but the FDA allows them in any food, like McNuggetts.

Obviously there is little any individual can do to avoid many of these toxins. There is relatively little truly natural, organic food but you can help protect yourself by:

  • Avoiding all ”processed” meats
  • Avoiding aluminum cans, especially pop-up tops
  • Avoiding all fast food, junk restaurants – I do and always have!
  • Use glass bottles and containers when possible
  • Avoid microwave ovens, especially with packaged food
  • Use a good water filter on your water at home
  • Avoid aluminum cookware
  • Avoid Teflon coated cookware
  • Avoid petrochemical pesticides – use Bacillus Thurgensis, borax, rotenone, insecticide soap, etc
  • Avoid chemical fertilizers – use well rotted manure
  • Raise as much of your food as is feasible
  • Support and buy organic when possible
  • Avoid herbicides-pick the weeds!
  • Use real soap and not detergents – incidentally lye soap is mild and natural!
  • Be sure you take at least 2 grams of vitamin C and one gram of MSM daily (available in my Youth Formula)
  • Take at least 25 mg of B complex daily
  • Use magnesium lotion
  • Sweat a lot! Saunas are one of he greatest detoxifiers known
  • Avoid silver/mercury fillings. Have any you already have removed by someone trained by Hal Huggins, DDS
  • Live outside cities if possible
  • Avoid living near high intensity power grids
  • Stay at least 10 feet away from TV-avoid most of it anyway!
  • Relax well and often
  • Don’t sweat what you cannot control or change!

The naturalist approach remains to be adequately studied or tried. However, as a Naturalist, I am encouraged by a remarkable book worth reading, THE GREAT GYPSY MOTH WAR, by Robert J. Spear, U. of Massachusetts Press, Amherst and Boston, 2005. It is an intriguing story of the stupidity of human beings, the evolution of dangerous pesticides which failed, and ultimately the triumph of a natural remedy. May we be so fortunate in many other situations!

Liss CES, Shealy Series – The Treatment of Choice for Depression

In 1975 Saul Liss, Ph.D., an engineer, brought me the earliest model of his Liss CES (Cranial Electrical Stimulator) and attempted to convince me that it was better than the TENS devices which I had shepherded onto the medical scene. I could not feel any output, which Saul assured me was not necessary at the 15,000 cycles per second he used. I was concerned that patients would consider it a placebo and insisted he bring me one I could feel. A few months later he arrived with one of his devices which put out 10 mamps instead of the 4 he had initially used. That one was strong enough to throw you across the room! Knowing I could feel the output at an amperage less that 10% that of other TENS devices, I cautiously placed one electrode on my forehead, at only 2 mamps, and immediately ”saw” flickering lights! I explored many combinations; as long as one electrode was on my forehead, I saw the flashes. Fortuitously, I explored this device at 10:30 at night! I went to bed and awoke 3 hours later, unable to return to sleep.

A few months later my physician associate and I used the Liss stimulator across our temples for 60 minutes at 8 AM. We measured blood counts and standard chem panels and serotonin. My serotonin, an hour later, went up to 5 times the upper limit; Jim’s went up to twice normal. Shortly later, I tried this device on a patient who had been depressed for 16 years. The following day his depression was totally lifted! Soon thereafter, I measured 24-hour output of serotonin and found that 40% of my depressed, chronic patients had an elevated serotonin production and 40% had deficient production. 20% produced the ”normal” amount of serotonin. After weeks of daily transcranial stimulation with the Liss device, those patients with elevated or depressed levels of serotonin had returned to normal serotonin production and were out of depression! Those with normal levels of serotonin did not improve.

In later experiments I demonstrated that the Liss CES increases both cerebrospinal and blood levels of serotonin and beta-endorphin. It has virtually no effect upon norepinephrine. Depressed patients who use the Liss stimulator daily for two weeks come out of depression within two weeks 50% of the time. When I add to this the Shealy RelaxMate II, for assisted relaxation, 85% of depressed patients improve within 2 to 4 weeks. This is twice as effective as the best antidepressant drug — with no complications! The Liss CES, Shealy Series, puts out 15,000 cycles per second, modulated 15 and 500 times per second, with a built-in timer to go off in 60 minutes. It can be used across the temples or forehead to just below hairline in back. It is terrific not only for depression but also for jet lag, insomnia and just for a quick mental boost when you did not get adequate sleep the night before. The only contraindication is an implanted cardiac pacemaker or other implanted electronic device. I have used it in over 30,000 patients and consider it unquestionably the treatment of choice for depression. Sacred Contracts


When I met Caroline Myss in 1984, I was intrigued by her remarkable Medical Intuitive ability and her concept that we have a contract in life to learn to use Power, Wisely, Responsibly and Lovingly. Over the years her insights led to her development of SACRED CONTRACTS (Harmony Books, N.Y., 2001), her best-selling book. I was fortunate enough to be the first person to do the sacred contract analysis.

Twelve years ago, between two weekend workshops in Holland, Caroline and I spent several days in Spain. Each of 3 days we spent an entire day evaluating one of my archetypal charts, choosing sequentially family, finances and career. These 3 days led to the most intense self-analysis I have experienced and initiated a six month kundalini experience. That alone was a powerful intuitive and transpersonal experience. Since then I have often used Sacred Contracts to help me understand the energetic power of situations or individuals. More importantly, I have used Sacred Contracts with hundreds of students and clients to help them with the insights to overcome difficulties. Exactly 11 years ago, I experienced the most serious challenge of this life. A physician had jerked my neck, without warning, about 180 degrees in both directions. This led to over 50% compression of my spinal cord at C7-T1, with significant paralysis from the waist down. Thanks to modern surgery and the skills of Dr. John Collis, emergency decompression led to remarkable recovery. As the anesthesiologist injected a drug to put me to sleep, I realized that this was the exact moment for perfect healing. A week later I had my Job experience — ”Why me? I did nothing to deserve this”. After one day of wallowing, I realized that without the wisdom of Sacred Contracts, I might have continued into the pits of depression. Instead, I was grateful that this particular challenge led me to greater understanding of my personal contract. Life is am opportunity to experience and to learn from our choices.

A Review of DR. BERNSTEIN’S DIABETES SOLUTION-Revised and Updated. The Complete Guide To Achieving Normal Blood Sugars. Little Brown and Co., New York

This remarkable book is a prime example of the major constipation, indeed obstruction, of the American Medical System. Richard Bernstein is an M.D., juvenile, type 1 diabetic since age 12. Originally an engineer, he independently discovered through literature research, that, in animals, the complications of diabetes could be prevented and even reversed by normalizing blood sugars. His physician, displaying arrogant ignorance, assured him ”Animals aren’t humans.” In true scientific spirit, Bernstein discovered that ”1 gram of carbohydrate raised my blood sugar by 5 mg/dl, and ? unit of the old beef/pork insulin lowered it by 15 mg/dl.” Within a year he refined his regimen to the point that he had essentially normal blood sugars around the clock. His chronic fatigue and many other symptoms disappeared and his blood lipids became normal. Meanwhile the Medical Establishment continued to insist that blood sugar ”Normalization” was impossible. His article describing his discovery was routinely and repeatedly rejected by medical journals. The NEW ENGLAND JOURNAL OF MEDICINE and JAMA went so far as to say that few if any patients would be willing to check their blood sugars! Boy, were they stupid! For many years the Medical Establishment refused to accept glucometers for patient use. Finally, in order to obtain some possible acceptance, Bernstein entered medical school and at age 49 he opened his own practice. At age 71, he is perhaps the first Type 1 diabetic to live almost 60 years without any complications of diabetes, ON NO INSULIN!! His truly unique discoveries have led the Director of the Diabetes Division of the CDC to write the foreword to this book, which should be mandatory reading for all diabetics-AND PHYSICIANS.

With over 15 million diabetics in the U.S, and increasing at close to a million a year, at least 200,000 Americans die of complications of diabetes each year. I cannot imagine any intelligent diabetic accepting typical medical advice, which avoids such critical and successful therapy. The essential, other than careful self-testing of blood glucose, is a diet that avoids all simple sugars, most ”diet” foods (junk anyway!), sugar-free artificial foods, honey, fructose, desserts, pastries, bread, crackers, rice and pasta, breakfast cereals, snack foods, ”protein bars” (more junk), fruits and juices, beets, carrots, corn, potatoes, tomatoes and tomato sauces, commercial soups and 99% of ”health food” products. What is left: most of the veggie vegetables, meats, fish, fowl, seafood and eggs, some cheeses and plain, unflavored yogurt or gelatin. I personally part with Dr. Bernstein on his acceptance of aspartame and Splenda ?. Stevia seems to me to be the only acceptable sweetener. In essence, Dr. Bernstein recommends a maximum of 12 carbohydrate calories per meal.

His book and its companion, THE DIABETES DIET, are must haves for all diabetics. Combine a good exercise program, optimization of weight at 19 to 25 Body Mass Index, and regular stress reduction/relaxation and you have the key to the best possible solution for all diabetics. Yes, some will need insulin or other drugs especially initially, but the resultant health benefits far outweigh any conceivable objections to this scientifically pure approach to one of our major health crises. Everyone with diabetes needs this wisdom and practice that is by far the best I have seen.

The Secret of Life


In 1925 Georges Lakhovsky, a Russian engineer, introduced his book, The Secret of Life, which is still in print. It was translated into English in 1935 and a few years later he immigrated to New York where, at a major New York hospital, three hundred patients were treated with the Lakhovsky multiwave oscillator with apparently remarkable success in a wide variety of diseases, ranging from cancer to diabetes. Lakhovsky stated that human DNA has a frequency of 50 plus billion cycles per second or GigaHz.

In 1965, I introduced the concept of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation, or TENS. My interest was inspired by an antique device called Electreat, which was patented in 1919 by C.W. Kent, a naturopathic physician. After 7 years of pushing engineers to make a modern solid-state stimulator, they finally came through. However, I noted that the output did not feel as satisfactory for pain control or extend as far into the body. Nevertheless, the modern TENS devices were moderately successful; and even though they have not been widely accepted by the medical profession, they are used throughout the world.

In 1992, I was invited to visit the Ukraine where they had already treated 200,000 patients for virtually every known disease with frequencies between 54 and 78 GigaHz, which they said was human DNA frequency. They were applying 1 billionth of a watt/cm2 through 1 mm electrodes applied to acupuncture points. About half of the physicians in the Ukraine treated only Large Intestine 4 or Hoku believing that they were able essentially to recharge the energy system of the body through that very strong point. The other half of the physicians felt that you had to treat specific acupuncture points. Over the next ten years after I returned from the Ukraine, I discovered that the old Electreat put out those frequencies and eventually I was able to develop, patent and have approved by the FDA a modern, solid-state device, the SheLi TENS, that puts out all of the frequencies that were in the original Electreat, which does include the 54 to 78 GigaHz, at the same intensity as the Ukrainian devices. I have always found this particular output to be much more favorable for relief of pain.

Between 1992 and 2002, I discovered five specific circuits in the body, which specifically could either raise DHEA, aldosterone, neurotensin or calcitonin or, in the case of the fifth circuit, reduce free radicals. I have published this work and also demonstrated that use of the circuit which raises DHEA successfully, reduces migraine frequency and intensity by 75%. It also successfully controls the pain of diabetic neuropathy 80% of the time and successfully controls rheumatoid arthritis problems in 70% of patients and relieves depression 70% of the time.

Meanwhile, in 1975 Saul Liss, an engineer, brought me his device that puts out a frequency of 15,000 Hz, later modulated also by 15 and 500 Hz. Using the Shealy adaptation of this device, for 40 to 60 minutes each morning transcranially, we demonstrated over the years that it markedly stabilizes and optimizes serotonin production and increases beta endorphin production. More importantly, using only the Liss cranial electrical stimulator, Shealy series, we can relieve depression in 50% of chronically depressed patients, far better and safer than any antidepressant drug. When we combine that with the relaxation benefits of the Shealy RelaxMate II™, we actually can successfully bring 85% of depressed patients out of their depression within two weeks. This is twice as effective as the best antidepressant drug, without the ”side-effects.”

Over the last several months, taking a clue from the Ukrainian physicians who treated only Hoku, I have discovered that the SheLi TENS puts out those Giga frequencies up to a foot away from the device itself, which means that if you hold it in your hands, Hoku and all of the hand acupuncture meridians are receiving and absorbing the full output. On an oscilloscope, we demonstrated that in fact the body totally absorbs all of the output from the device. More importantly, holding it in the hands for 10 minutes and placing it behind the knees for 10 minutes, without having to attach it to the acupuncture points, we have now demonstrated that it reduces free radicals in over 75% of individuals, essentially as effective as the Ring of Crystal; and we have increasing evidence that it raises DHEA and calcitonin while reducing free radicals. This approach is by far the simplest I have found for optimizing the three most critical chemical substrates for health and longevity, DHEA, calcitonin and free radicals. Maintaining DHEA levels is extremely important in all illness and especially for pain control. Calcitonin is the strongest known analgesic; and, of course, free radical reduction means that you are reducing inflammatory response, which is often associated with pain.
