How To Achieve Optimal Health And Performance Well Beyond Your 80s

Actually, achieving optimal health and performance throughout your life and well beyond your 80s is very easy to do if you have the basic essential health habits:

  1. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18 to 24. Only 28% of Americans have a BMI in this range
  2. No smoking. 78% of Americans are smoke-free.
  3. Eating 5 to 8 servings of veggies and fruits daily-less than 20% of Americans
  4. Exercising a minimum of 30 minutes 5 days a week—10% of Americans
  5. Sleeping 7 or 8 hours every night-less than 45% of Americans

Actually, only 2.7% of Americans have all five common-sense habits which are essential for optimal health and performance.

The average American’s life expectancy is 79 years, which is due in large part to genes shrinking too quickly. Genes shrink in those with the essential habits only one percent each year! Human MISBEHAVIOR shortens lives an average of 21 years.

And lack of these 5 habits is the major cause of most diseases.

In addition to lack of practicing these 5 habits, there are several major government causes of premature death!

Most Americans drink fluoridated water which one author called MURDER IN PUBLIC SQUARE! Fluoridated water is easily the most prevalent significant poison.

Next in line is glyphosate, present now in 75% of rainwater, created by MonSatan and allowed by our government. In fact, it is ethically and semantically wrong to call anything grown outside organic!

And our exposure to radiation in the atmosphere has grown exponentially since the 1940’s.

There are other things you can do to improve your overall health in addition to the 5 basic health habits.

In general, the basic B vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 RDA’s are all just over 1 to a maximum of 5 mg daily. And C was 60 mg. Because of pollution, I now believe you will do best with 25 mg of B complex and a minimum of 1000 mg of C daily. Other significant deficiencies are D 3 and magnesium.

We get very little exposure to sun and the soil is highly deficient in magnesium. In fact cattle farmers feed cattle extra magnesium or the cattle die of grass staggers. Unfortunately, we do not absorb magnesium well when it is mixed with protein fat and calcium. It is far better to use Dr. sHEALy’s Magnesium Lotion.

Optimal health and performance is reduced by stress, the cause of accelerated aging, illness and early death.

It can be physical, electromagnetic, mental, emotional, or spiritual. In fact, television may be the single greatest contributor to mental/emotional stress, with the main line media spewing alarm.

Today the FalseFakeFraudemic appears to have created the greatest shortening of life in modern times. In a major experiment to regenerate telomeres, where early results had shown a striking 8% growth of telomeres, the active group shrank 1 or 2% and the placebo group shrank a whopping 8 to 10%!

This means shortening of telomeres in 6 months at roughly 10 times the normal rate—all the result of government and the media exploitation. The CDC has temporarily admitted that over 90% of the nationally reported deaths are wrongfully reported as being due to covid-19!

The bottom line is you need to detach from those things you cannot change. This is the mental, emotional and spiritual challenge. There is only one purpose in life—to help other people. The real you is not your body, mind or emotions; it is your soul.

Optimal health and performance are enhanced in those who have an optimal spiritual life, with prayer and meditation, and no fear of death. You can shorten your life by unhealthy habits and the flaws of government and industry, but it is every day reverence for the experience that is the key to an optimal experience – even into your 80s and beyond.
