For as long as I can remember, HEALTH has been my major interest. First, to be completely healthy myself and secondly to help other people reach the same goal.

The basics of health are, of course:

  1. Real Food
  2. Exercise
  3. Positive Attitude

My mother was as much a health enthusiast as I am.

She was feeding me supplements from conception on and we always had a vegetable garden. She introduced me to PREVENTION and to ORGANIC GARDENING. My father was always supportive. Their support and encouragement were so natural that it never occurred to me until I was well into medical school that not everyone was so naturally inclined.

Sleep, of course, is equally important to the big 3 and so natural a part of my life that the idea of purposefully missing my 8 hours is unthinkable.

It was only in the early ’90s that I recognized the next critical factor, Love. I somehow related it to liking until I read THE URANTIA BOOK, where I read with great awe:

“Love is the desire to do good to others.”

My interest in health and helping others be optimally healthy awakened the Healer archetype early in life – a desire to help – to do good to others.

Now, if all it takes is real food, exercise and a positive attitude, why do we need supplements?

Even growing up with mostly home-raised vegetables and meats, the soil in South Carolina is mostly sand which is very deficient in minerals. And even in the dark ages before modern pollution, there were the “usual” stresses. I was born at the height of the Depression, and although I do not remember deprivation, certainly the attitude nationally was one of being “crippled”.

As we came out of the depression with World War II, the world was thrown into the “modern” obsession with activities that pollute! Over 550,000 chemical poisons are commercially produced each year. And, of course, the world has had more nuclear contamination in the past 60 years than in the previous 4 billion! And the preoccupation with frenetic activity everywhere has multiplied exponentially.

A Professor of Medicine from Germany reported over 20 years ago that flying across the Atlantic from Europe to the U.S. exposed us to cosmic radiation that produced the same free radicals as smoking 200 cigarettes! So, unless you live 50 miles from a city and raise all your own food organically, you are exposed to virtually unlimited chemical, nuclear, electromagnetic and human emotional toxins! This means you need multiple times the quantity of anti-oxidants that were needed a hundred years ago.

Basics, probably rarely obtained optimally from food:

  • B complex
  • Omega 3’s
  • Vitamin C
  • Carotenoids
  • Tocotrienols
  • Balanced minerals, from Boron to Zinc and al in between!

One way to obtain the minimum daily requirements is to take vitamin D 3, 50,000 units once a week, plus the Kyani Triad daily:

If you feel healthy and energetic, this may be all you need.

If you are not optimally healthy and energetic, then you need to RESTORE HEALTH!
