WATER ALTERNATIVES

A huge number of people tell me they do not like water! I have to admit that after 6 or 8 glasses of water daily, I prefer something else. Some tasty suggestions, hot or cold:

- Spearmint Tea
- Ginger Tea
- Lemon Ginger Tea
- Decaffeinated Tea
- Gano Decaffeinated Coffee
- Green Tea
- Lemonade
- Limeade
- Mango Green Tea
- Peach Green Tea
- Lemon Green Tea
- Raspberry Green Tea
- Strawberry Green Tea
- Lemon Grass Tea
- Black Cherry Tea
- Blackberry Tea
- Cinnamon Tea
- Clove Tea
- Spice Tea
- Ginseng Tea
MUCH less expensive and far healthier than flavored water drinks, or, UGH, pop!. You can sweeten with stevia or a minimal amount of honey. Ideally you should drink in ounces one-half your body weight in pounds. 150 pounds means 75 ounces! Coffee, pop, black tea, fruit juices and milk do not count!!
