Vitamin K 2–for Optimal Bone, Artery and Immune Health
For 5 years I have been suggesting Vitamin K 2, 100 mcg daily, with 50,000 units of D 3 for all adults, as the two are synergistic.

At this point, I think it is well worthwhile considering 15 mg for everyone and for significant problems listed above take 45 mg daily.
