STRESS

C. Norman Shealy, M.D., Ph.D.

Stress is any pressure that increases adrenalin, cortisol or raises blood sugar. It can be:
  • Physical- burns, injuries, cuts, temperature, weight
  • Emotional- fear, anger, guile, anxiety, depression
  • Chemical- toxins, poisons, excess or deficient levels of any nutrient
  • Nuclear- radiation
The best way to avoid being overstressed is to live without pressure, to sleep 8 hours every night, to eat only real food and avoid all fast food restaurants and processed foods, sugar, added fructose, artificial sweeteners and trans-fats, MSG, cell phones( USE ONLY FOR EMERGENCIES!), EXERCISE AT LEAST 30 MNUTES DAILY, do autogenic training, and use Air Bliss. Detox with saunas, hot soaks, or a castor oil bath.

My book 90 DAYS TO SELF-HEALTH is an excellent manual, and the quickest rapid stress reducer is Air Bliss.

Norman Shealy, M.D., Ph.D. is the father of holistic medicine. He recommends autogenic focus (the basis of the Biogenics System) as part of your overall commitment to self-health. Register to download your FREE autogenic focus MP3 now.
