Statins—The Great Unethical Experiment

Just as the use of nuclear energy is insane until a safe way is found to dispose of it, the use of statin drugs may be the biggest yet PharmacoMafia flim flam attack on health. I have long said I would not take a statin for a billion dollars, recently changed to a trillion dollars, to reflect the status of the dollar!
In a recent Archives of Internal Medicine, it is now reported that women who take statins have a remarkable 71% INCEASED risk of developing Type 2 diabetes. We have known for years that statin have the “side effects” of damaging muscle, heart muscle, liver, peripheral nerves and brain. Now, just add pancreas!
Statins suck energy and deplete you of Co-Q 10, one of the most essential anti-oxidants.
Alternatives to statins:
Doing nothing may be safer! EAT WISELY, AVOIDING JUNK AND JUNK FAST FOOD, HYDROGENATED FATS, EXCESS CARBS. EXERCISE WISELY, AT LEAST AN HOUR A DAY. RELAX AND PRACTICE STRESS REDUCTION. Use only butter, olive oil and flax seed oils as added fats .
Flush-Free or Non-Flush Niacin, 500 mg, 3 to maximum of 6 daily. Check liver enzymes in 6 to 12 weeks and once annually Niacin (flush-free) 500mg 90 vcaps
If Niacin does not work:
If you are a man by age 50 take at least 1200 mg of beta sitosterol complex- Beta Sitosterol 800 mg 100 vcaps – up to 4200 mg to keep the prostate healthy OR saw palmetto double strength extract, 160 mg, 3 daily Saw Palmetto – 160mg 240 Softgels
In women, add at least 1200 mg of beta sitosterol complex and up to 4200 mg to lower cholesterol adequately.
If that does not work, add lecithin granules 2 heaping tablespoons twice daily Lecithin Granules 1lb .
If that does not work, add Perfusia 2 twice daily and up to 4 twice daily— PERFUSIA-SR 120 caps
Avoid homogenized milk. That makes the fat much more dangerous.
Drink plenty of real water—not chlorinated/fluoridated
Eat lots of fruits and veggies
Have your homocysteine level checked; it is 10 times as important and easily controlled with adequate B 12 and folic acid.
