Personality and mood are perhaps more multidimensional than anything we perceive. They are conditioned by our astrological signs, our karma our genetics and perhaps, most of all, by our environment from the time of conception at least until adulthood. It also appears that the emotional environment during gestation may be more critical than almost all. Add to this the moment of birth and you have a foundation that is difficult to change. If the mother had a traumatic environment during pregnancy, if she was induced into labor or if she was anesthetized at the time of delivery, she fails to produce the oxytocin boost that initiates earth life for the baby.
There is a huge body of evidence that autism, ADHD, depression, OCD, borderline personality, and schizophrenia are all part of the spectrum that is considered oxytocin deficiency disorder or syndrome! Almost all psychotherapy of the past 200 years has been related to these problems.
Obviously a broad approach is needed.
Nutritional factors, social circumstances, and environmental conditions are all part of the picture. On the other hand, oxytocin supplementation appears to be the single most effective addition in the past 200 years. Although it has not yet been done long term and it is rather cumbersome and expensive as a nasal spray, the results are far more striking than any other single intervention. At this time I do not know how effective Dr. sHEALy’s Bliss will be in assisting these patients, but I do know that it is the safest, least expensive and fastest possibility I know for optimizing mood! Just last week a caller on my radio show reported that her fibromyalgia was tremendously improved after only two weeks on Bliss!? And 90% of at least 200 people have been very positive and enthusiastic about it!
Dr. sHEALy’s Bliss
As a first step even if coupled with other approaches, I am most excited about this potential. The other major adjuncts that are far superior to conventional psychotherapy are the Liss CES, the Shealy RelaxMate, Magnesium Lotion and EFT!
