Optimal Health and Longevity

Generally these two conditions are Siamese twins. What we know now, beyond any reasonable doubt, is that you are likely to enhance both health and longevity by:

  • Not smoking
  • Keeping your Body Mass Index between 18 and 24
  • Eating at least 5 and preferably 7 servings of real fruits and veggies daily
  • Exercising a MINIMUM of 30 minutes 5 days a week and an hour is better
  • Practicing at least 20 minutes daily of Self-Regulation. If in doubt do Autogenic Training
  • Being Happy. If not, use Air BLISS up to twice daily
  • Being Conscientious!
  • Keep your Free Radicals Low.
  • If your Free Radicals are above 1 +, use Crystal Bliss daily Crystal Bliss
  • Taking at least some supplements:
  • B complex and some trace minerals–consider my Essentials
  • Use Magnesium Lotion
  • Astaxanthin, 10 mg daily
  • Vitamin D 3, 50,000 units once a week
  • Omega-3’s 1000 to 2000 units daily
  • Lithium orotate, 15 to 20 mg daily
