Just a small and interesting use of weight in Dr. Ignarro’s book—he uses the “old” chart of small frame, medium frame and large frame for weight! I highly approve and agree!
The advantages of boosting NO are well discussed in this book. Perhaps most interesting of all, and of course this book is 7 years old, the only major boost he mentions for raising NO is L-arginine plus L-citrulline. Unfortunately, those who need NO MOST, those over 50, often cannot convert L-arginine to NO, as it is shunted into maintaining muscle.
