How To Holistically Stop Struggling With Depression

Depression is one of the most common reactions to unresolved stress. Millions of Americans are struggling with depression.

Their struggles are often worse than necessary because depression is virtually never successfully treated with anti-depression drugs! In fact, the PharmacoMafia has refused to allow publication of 75% of the original negative research studies on anti-depression drugs.

The Holistic approach to treating depression has been successful in many thousands of patients.

In general, we start with supplements. We typically recommend L-tryptophan 4 to 7 grams in the morning, taken with 10 to 20 mg of Lithium Orotate and 2 Shealy-Sorin Eco-Green Essentials. This formula works well in at least 70% of patients in overcoming their struggles with depression.

If you are overweight, stop eating all wheat, sugar, rice and potatoes. Be sure to eat 8 servings of vegetables and two of fruits daily. Begin exercising gradually if you have been sedentary and build to a minimum of 30 minutes five days a week.

Sleep 7 or 8 hours every night.

Of course, you will also need to stop smoking and drink not more than a glass of wine daily.

Cultivate inner peace every minute of the day. Recognize the connectedness of everything in life. Practice happy solitude. Set all your priorities in life.

Realize your true inner consciousness.

Release all your past vices. Embrace simple spirituality.

Focus on one goal at a time. Be mindful. Embrace simplicity.

Develop a feeling of love for all of creation. Expand your spiritual awareness. Develop daily self-introspection.

Gracefully evaluate criticism. Listen to your inner Christ consciousness. Be more discerning. Develop your intuition. Be ever discerning.

Study the Bible and Spiritual texts. Cultivate grace. Appreciate the value of a spiritual life.

Embrace learning and experiencing. Join a place of worship. Embrace diversity. Study metaphysics. Be more accepting. Plan each year new spiritual goals.

Spiritual goals and intentions include the overall meaning and purpose of life.

Recognize that the purpose of life is to help others while recognizing the greater whole. Doing so will prevent you from further struggling with depression.

Be always connected to the grace of God. Embrace a positive life purpose, be compassionate, and always at inner peace.

Explore the great potential of a life well lived. A spiritual life is a healthy life. Compassion and spirituality go hand in hand. Set your internal goals. Spirituality enhances health, joy and strength which means it will aid you in your efforts to cease struggling with depression.

The spiritual journey is not about being someone else. It’s about finding your real self and evolving to be the best possible you.

Spirituality is the practice or process of shifting consciousness from the external world to the inner, subtle one. By this, we shift our mind from the complexities and chaos of the world to the simplicity of Inner peace, something that is maintained regardless of our external circumstances, life problems, or anything else. And this inner peace and stability helps create stable inner peace which will prevent further struggles with depression.
