How to Change Your Lifestyle to be Healthy

When it comes to knowing how to change your lifestyle to be healthy you first need to understand how it is unhealthy. And you need to know that you are not alone in having some unhealthy habits.

A whopping 97.5% of Americans are lacking one to all five of the essential health habits. This means that only 2.5% are wise enough to be alive!

Fortunately, each of these habits is under your control. No one can do it for you. No one can make you develop the habits necessary to change your lifestyle to be healthy.

These are the top 5 unhealthy habits that, if you have them, must be changed for you to develop a healthy lifestyle:

  1. Being overweight.

    The number one unhealthy habit is being overweight. A whopping seventy-two percent of Americans are overweight.

    It is also the number one cause of premature death!

    How to change it? Stop eating wheat, potatoes, rice and sugar! Stop all fluoridated water! It is poison!
  2. Smoking.

    STOP! It is common knowledge that both smoking and tobacco use are bad for your health. So, if you are serious about changing your lifestyle and becoming healthier, you must stop all tobacco use.
  3. Eating an unhealthy diet.

    The first mistake most people make is eating only 2.2 servings of vegetables and fruits daily. Next, is too much FAKE FOOD. And finally, too much protein.
