I am working on a book describing the health benefits of 1000 foods. I have to admit that a majority of those available are not recommended! In fact, considering the 45% of food eaten at fast food restaurants as first class JUNK and that 60% of that in grocery stores is MORE JUNK, I thought it’s time to remind you of REAL HEALTHY FOOD!

TOP FRUITS

  • Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate
  • Wild Alaska Blueberries
  • Regular Blueberries
  • Oranges (For decades I have gotten them from the local 7th Day Adventist Church which imports them November through March)
  • Mangoes and Papaya
  • Organic Apples
  • Organic Grapes

TOP VEGGIES

  • Spinach
  • Broccoli
  • Kale
  • Carrots
  • Bell Peppers
  • Garlic and onions
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Peanuts, especially Virginia peanuts!

Top Nuts

  • Almonds
  • Brazil Nuts
  • Walnuts

TOP SEAFOOD

  • Alaska Salmon
  • Alaska Halibut

TOP MEATS

  • Beefalo
  • Grass fed beef
  • Grass fed chicken or turkey

  • 70% or higher dark chocolate
  • Cocoa Nibs

  • Chia Seeds
