I am working on a book describing the health benefits of 1000 foods. I have to admit that a majority of those available are not recommended! In fact, considering the 45% of food eaten at fast food restaurants as first class JUNK and that 60% of that in grocery stores is MORE JUNK, I thought it’s time to remind you of REAL HEALTHY FOOD!

- Regular Blueberries
- Oranges (For decades I have gotten them from the local 7th Day Adventist Church which imports them November through March)
