Good, Better, Best Veggies & Fruits

Remember the old catalogs with Good, Better, Best? Certainly all non-pesticide contaminated fruits and veggies grown on non-chemical, compost enriched soil are good, some better and some best because of their inherent content. Decades ago Ross Hume Hall noted in FOOD FOR NOUGHT that a huge amount of food in stores is deficient in essentials because of abominable growing practices. And Edgar Cayce emphasized the value of food grown nearby. Even though I grow a huge majority of food using organic principles, I travel a lot and it is not feasible in my climate to grow many fruits. Thus, I am dependent on some other sources and I seek the best I can find. Here are 3 of the BEST:
