Gluten-Free Hummus Bread

Turn on oven to 350 degrees

Put into a food processor with the cutting blade:

·

Yokes of 4 large eggs (SAVE WHITES)

· 1 tablespoon baking soda

· 1 tablespoon wine or apple cider vinegar

· I teaspoon salt (I like Himalayan)

· One-fourth cup coconut flour OR almond flour

· One can of chick peas, DRAINED

Four tablespoons of Sesame Tahini

Turn on the processor and then

put the egg whites into a mixer; beat until fluffy.

Turn off the food processor

When the whites are meringue-like, add to the food processor and beat just long enough to blend well

Heavily grease an 8 ½ inch bread pan (I like ceramic) and pour in the bread mixture. Cook 60 to 70 minutes. Cool and turn out the bread. super~!

10 to 15 minutes to prepare; an hour to cook
