Everything we know is energy in some form. Energy is physical, chemical, electrical, electromagnetic, gravity, magnetic, emotional, etc.

Life energy is that difficult to prove difference between a rock and a living being. In humans, energy is primarily derived from glucose, which can be produced from carbohydrates, proteins or fats. There are many requirements for optimal use of glucose, including vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. Nitric oxide, glutathione and a variety of metabolic processes are also essential for adequate energy.

Perhaps the most common symptom people have is inadequate energy. This can be the result of many factors, including inadequate basic essential nutrients, inadequate sleep, inadequate physical exercise and undiagnosed diseases.
