All too long ago I wrote about Adrenal Burnout and said I would explore Hypothalamic-Pituitary Burnout. Finally, here it is.
As with all aspects of life, Everything is related to Everything! Adrenal burnout inevitably affects the thyroid, testes or ovaries, pancreas and of course, the pituitary and its control center: the hypothalamus. And all of it is the result of more stress than the individual is able to manage adequately. Remember that stress is also genetic, chemical, emotional, physical and electromagnetic!
The solution is to minimize stress and enhance energy reserves.
The essentials are:
  • No smoking
  • No street drugs
  • Avoid GMO crap
  • Avoid wheat, soy, corn — the common GMO monsters
  • Minimize caffeine
  • Avoid excess exposure to EMF; consider a Clarus Q-pendant
  • Eat only real food
  • Avoid sugar and high fructose corn syrup, trans-fats, MSG, chlorine, fluoride, “processed” foods, margarine
  • Sleep 7 or 8 hours every night
  • Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes at least 6 days a week
  • Do Autogenic Training daily
  • Eat a minimum of 5 servings of fruits/veggies daily
  • Take D 3, 50,000 units once a week
  • Take K 2 a minimum of 100 mcg daily
  • Use Magnesium Lotion daily
  • Take my Youth Formula daily
  • Take Iodoral, one daily
  • Exercise outdoors when possible
  • White Rose oil to repel Imperil
  • Use stress reducers such as music, hot tubs, vibratory music, castor oil baths, saunas, the Shealy RelaxMate, etc
  • Add astaxanthin, 10 to 20 mg daily
  • Kyani Sunset™, 3 daily
  • Lithium Orotate, 15 to 20 mg daily
Then, when you recognize that you are overloaded, try one or more of the following:
