The world today is indeed toxic with a variety of 550,000 chemicals released into air, water and soil each year. Then there is radioactivity and airwave technology which may be cumulatively the greatest toxicity of all. Juicing, fasting and other fads come and go, as do the results of a detox diet.
The place to start is with THINKING, which sets in motion spiritual forces to bring about change in body, mind, emotions, environment, companions, hope and despair. Ultimately what you can change is your habits. It is amazingly simple:
  • NO fast food. No highly processed food. Eat ONLY real food. Drink only real food and water
  • Sleep 8 hours
  • Exercise at least 30 minutes 5 days a week
  • Practice mental detoxing daily. Detach from those things you cannot change.
  • Retrain your brain/mind by regular practice of Autogenic Training
  • Avoid most TV, movies, news, etc
  • Consider hot soaks, saunas, castor oil suits/baths, massage regularly
  • Avoid drugs and most surgery for chronic problems. There are far safer and more effective holistic approaches for almost everything
