To promote your self-health, consider a breakfast slush:

  1. Minimum 20 grams of Whey protein concentrate
  2. One scoop of Orac-Energy Greens
  3. 16 oz. non-fluoridated water
  4. Of course, you can add all kinds of fruit, veggie, or healthy concentrate

Two other healthy breakfast options are:

  1. Eggs, oatmeal with eggs beaten in, quinoa with or without eggs
