What It Means When You Have Anxiety, Aches and Pains Everywhere, According To An MD

Man sitting on a stump holding his head as he struggles with anxiety, aches and pains everywhere.

When you have anxiety, aches and pains everywhere, the first step is to have a diagnosis. That is because there are so many possibilities.

Typical diagnoses for this condition can include rheumatoid arthritis, lupus erythematosus, fibromyalgia, psoriatic arthritis, gout, leukemia and many types of infection all of which can create generalized widespread pain. And any major symptom can be caused by anxiety and depression or the disease may create anxiety and depression.

Obviously you need also to determine whether there is fever, swelling or any skin discoloration, as well as stomach and bowel symptoms. Testing should be done to rule out Lyme’s Disease, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, gout, and whether there is fever, hypertension, and kidney disease. Tests needed include sedimentation rate, high sensitivity C reactive protein, complete metabolic profile, lipid profile, antinuclear antibody, antibodies for Lyme’s disease, a comprehensive physical exam and you may even need x-rays or other special tests.

Overcoming anxiety, aches, and pains everywhere also requires optimal nutrition.

No wheat, rice, potato, or at least 7 daily servings of low carbohydrate vegetables, one or two of fruits and adequate protein—fish, beef, fowl, lamb, low fat milk, eggs.

And in today’s highly polluted world, you also need supplements. My recommendation is as follows:

  • D 3 50,000 units once a week if you weigh140 pounds or more—3 times a month if you weigh under 140 pounds
  • Shealy-Sorin Essentials 2 daily if up to 145 pounds and 4 a day if above that
  • Astaxanthin 20 mg if you weigh140 or less and 30 mg above that
  • Shealy-Sorin Magnesium Lotion 2 teaspoons on skin twice daily.
  • PEA, Palmitoylethanolamine 400 mg three times daily.

For optimizing your immune function, add

  • Ashwagandha 5200 mg daily.
  • Lion’s mane 1000 mg daily.
  • Reishi mushroom 1000 mg daily.
  • Shitake mushroom 1000 mg daily.
  • Chaga mushroom 1000 mg daily.
  • Mitake mushroom 1000 mg daily.
  • Boswella 1000 mg daily.
  • Turmeric curcumin with Bioperine 1000 mg daily.

For all the causes of generalized pain, inflammation and anxiety, you will also benefit from up to ten or twenty IVs of Vitamin C, 50 to 100 grams in a Myers cocktail and IV ozone. Many find this to be most useful.

One of the best ways to detox your body and flush out what may be causing or at least contributing to your anxiety, aches and pains everywhere is to take a soak in a full bathtub of hot water with 3 cups of Magnesium Lotion daily. The second-best way is to use a castor oil suit—rub castor oil over entire body except head and neck, hands and feet and sleep in a sweat suit.

When you experience anxiety aches and pains everywhere, you require complete holistic medicine!

This includes the potential use of TENS applied to the ankles bilaterally, with electrodes inside and outside the Achilles tendon at the ankles. In addition, the use of the Shealy-Sorin Gamma PEMF on the head up to 8 hours a day. The Shealy-Sorin RelaxMate used an hour at bedtime helps relaxation and sleep.

The Shealy-Sorin AdrenoMedular Scalar® aimed at the body while sleeping reduces free radicals (an inflammatory marker) 80%.

Critically important when you are struggling with anxiety, aches and pains everywhere is retraining your brain! This is optimally done with the Biogenics® course, spending a minimum of an hour a day and up to 8 hours a day doing autogenic training and variety of Biogenics® exercises. “Every thought is a prayer. Thinking sets in motion spiritual forces to bring about changes in body, mind, thoughts, emotions and companions”!

One of the best Biogenics® exercises for health and happiness is Laughing Meditation! Norman Cousins cured himself of severe rheumatoid spondylosis in the 1970s doing IVs of vitamin C and laughter! (See ANATOMY OF AN ILLNESS.)

And you need to find some type of gentle physical exercise you can do. I strongly recommend gentle bouncing on a trampoline.

Past Life Therapy can be the most beneficial of all therapy. I have done hundreds of these sessions and one session can be more beneficial than a lifetime conventional psychotherapy – especially when it comes to anxiety.

Also, be aware of trying to medicate your symptoms of anxiety, aches and pains everywhere away. All mood drugs for anxiety and depression are dangerously ineffective and dangerous! They INCREASE the risk of suicide and never cure anything.

Instead, in addition to the supplements mentioned earlier, the use of transcutaneous acupuncture can be life-saving.

Transcutaneous acupuncture is done with 5 specific essential oils:

  1. Fire Bliss oil raises DHEA, the anti-stress hormone, and helps most people with depression, and migraine and low back pain.
  2. Air Bliss oil raises oxytocin, the love and bonding hormone and is terrific for depression and anxiety.
  3. Water Bliss oil normalizes aldosterone, the water and potassium balancing hormone, and is useful for hypertension, congestion, and edema.
  4. Earth Bliss oil raises calcitonin, the hormone for bone strength and for pain.
  5. Crystal Bliss oil DECREASES FREE RADICALS A WHOPPING 80%, far better than any known drug!

And using the combo of Fire Bliss oil, Earth Bliss oil and Crystal Bliss oil regenerates your telomeres 3.5% a year!!

As you can see, nothing in medicine equals the benefits of the HOLISTIC approach when it comes to overcoming anxiety, aches and pains everywhere.

Norman Shealy, M.D., Ph.D. is the father of holistic medicine. He recommends autogenic focus (the basis of the Biogenics System) as part of your overall commitment to self-health.
