Two Doctors’ Prescription For Anyone Suffering From Anxiety Every Day

Anxiety is a feeling of fear, uncertainty, and potential harm–of death, being incapacitated, of having inadequate money, of abandonment by a loved one, or loss of faith in God. Suffering from anxiety every day can be debilitating.

What you also need to know is that anxiety is the number one stress reaction and the foundation for all illness. So, you need to get yours under check.

Every possible symptom is the effect of stress on specific organs or functions—pain, wheezing coughing, rashes, indigestion, rapid heartbeat, constipation, diarrhea, dizziness, confusion, difficulty with vision, nausea, numbness, weakness, incoordination, fatigue, urinary symptoms, etc.

Of course, these symptoms may be just stress, or associated with infections or even cancer. So, it is important that you consult with your health care provider for diagnosis.

If you are suffering from anxiety every day, however, there are several options for you to consider:

Autogenic Training.

A major stress prevention technique, even if your stress is extreme and impacts you every day, is a daily practice of Autogenic Training. Autogenic Training is the world’s best retrainer of the brain, with over 28,000 scientific references.

With it, the fight or flight reaction of people who experience anxiety every day is transformed into detached peaceful calm. (There are 68 variations of this tool at www.Biogenicscourse.com.)

What we have seen is that with a twice daily practice of just the basic Autogenic Training for three months retrains the brain into a state of detached calm. And happiness. And, yes, it could work for you and your persistent anxiety too!

Physical Exercise.

Interestingly, physical exercise is also a major antidote to stress. It might seem counterintuitive, but raising your heartbeat temporarily is actually calming the mind and physiology.

Listen to Music.

Have you ever heard a piece of music that made you want to start dancing, or crying, or sleeping? Music has the ability to cause us to feel differently – both emotionally and physically. When you want to relax, you will want to listen to music with a slow, easy tempo.

We recommend that you listen to Binaural music or Gregorian chants when you want to ease your anxiety.

Visual Relaxation.

Visual relaxation is about calming the input to your eyes. The Shealy RelaxMate II is a visual relaxation system. It has blinking lights at frequencies of 1 to 7 Hz which calm the mind and body.

Electrotherapy.

Various electrotherapies also quiet stress and anxiety. The Liss cranial electrical stimulator was one of the first, and it increases serotonin, the bright eyed wake up hormone as well as increasing beta endorphin, the natural narcotic. It does reduce anxiety as well as depression and assists in improved sleep. (The Liss cranial electrical stimulator is now known as the Fisher Wallace Stimulator.)

Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field.

The Shealy-Sorin Gamma PEMF® is the single best way to calm anxiety and is generally overall health enhancing.

A normal body resonates with the basic earth frequency of 7.83Hz, with each healthy cell having a minus seventy millivolt charge at rest. When there is any disturbance, the voltage may go down to minus 60 or minus 50 millivolts, which is very disturbing.

The Gamma PEMF puts the brain into the optimal state. When you are in the optimal state you will experience the sensation of being in the zone. This state also enhances production of natural anandamide and is far safer and more effective than all the mood drugs in the world combined!

And interestingly for the most severely anxious people using the Fisher Wallace Stimulator at the same time as using the Gamma PEMF on the head leads to the greatest relaxation in the world, a cure for anxiety and insomnia!

Take Supplements.

Our patients who suffer with anxiety every day typically respond well to the following supplements:

Change Your Diet.

You have probably heard the adage “You are what you eat.” Well, many of the foods in the typical American diet are stress inducing. These include sugar, wheat, white rice and potatoes. Because they can increase stress, we recommend you avoid them altogether.

Change Your Focus.

In the early 1900s Émile Coué cured 10,000 people just having them say repeatedly “Every day in every way, I am getting better and better.” Detaching from those things you cannot change is far better than playing the broken record of how bad things are!

Physical Relaxation.

There are several ways to calm your body. Taking a soak in the bathtub with magnesium chloride is as excellent way to detox and calm the body and mind. Having a good total body massage is also therapeutic. Standing on a vibrator plate for 20 to 30 minute is excellent for calming the nervous system and preventing osteoporosis.

Anxiety every day is never cured with any prescription drug and does not respond well to conventional psychology.

For fifty years the Shealy-Sorin Wellness Institute has focused on the comprehensive holistic use of all the many tools for managing chronic illness, including anxiety. Working with thirty-five thousand patients who have failed to achieve relief with conventional medicine, we know that the Holistic approach is the answer for all chronic problems.

For those who have failed the conventional approaches to anxiety, we offer a one-week or two-week intensive program with eight hours daily of all the physical, nutritional, electrotherapeutic approaches outlined here. We are available in person at the clinic in Springfield, Missouri and we do telephone, Skype and Zoom consultations. Contact us at 417-351-5221 to schedule an appointment.

Norman Shealy, M.D., Ph.D. is the father of holistic medicine. Dr. Sergey Sorin is a holistic physician as well as the CEO and medical director of the Shealy-Sorin Wellness Institute. Both doctors recommend the Biogenics System as part of your overall commitment to self-health and enhancing your positivity.
