How To Stimulate A Depressed Immune System

A basic key to total health is the immune system.  Although you usually think of immunity as resistance to infections, immune health also requires resistance to cancer and autoimmune diseases. For all these problems you need to know how to stimulate a depressed immune system.

A depressed immune system is responsible for a huge majority of illnesses and premature death. There are more than 100 different autoimmune diseases in which the immune system damages or destroys one or more organs.

Some of the most well-known autoimmune diseases are overactive thyroid (Graves’ disease), deficient thyroid (Hashimoto’s thyroiditis), multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel diseases (Crone’s), rheumatoid arthritis, Lupus erythematosus, and psoriasis.

About seven percent of Americans have an autoimmune disorder, twice as often in women as in men but equally serious in both sexes. There is also a significant genetic influence.

The leading cause of death in women up to age 65 is autoimmune diseases, one situation where you really need to know how to stimulate a depressed immune system.

Vaccinations are major attempts to protect the body from many infections, but there are some significant suggestions that at least some childhood problems like autism and Panda’s Syndrome are a reaction to vaccinations.

Of course one of the major problems with vaccines is the common inclusion of mercury, aluminum and other toxins! There are also other “causes” of the basic autoimmune abnormal behavior of our ordinary protective B and T white blood cells.

Disturbances to a normal nutrient, polysaccharides or glycans, are a root biochemical contributor to autoimmunity. Inadequate exposure to normal immune stimulation of dirty items may also contribute.

Once the body has developed autoimmunity, conventional therapy includes steroids like cortisone and strong immune modulators like methotrexate, both of which can create as much harm as the disease.

Seutermann homeopathy is my major therapeutic approach to stimulate a depressed immune system.

Developed by a German homeopath, Seutermann includes a quinone, a Krebs cycle component, a detox, a standard appropriate homeopathic remedy, and a disease organ specific remedy.

I have used Seutermann homeopathy to cure rheumatoid arthritis and scleroderma. It is infinitely safer than steroids!

Of course there are significant essential health habits which should also be common sense for anyone who wants to stimulate a depressed immune system: maintain healthy weight, get adequate sleep, exercise at least 5 days a week, and eat 5 to eight servings of vegetables and fruits daily

And avoid smoking, excess alcohol, sugar, junk food. Wash your hands frequently and do not eat inadequately cooked meats. MINIMIZE STRESS!! (Autogenic training is the foundation for stress-free living.)

Supplements are major health enhancers. These include 25 to 50 mg of B complex, at least 2 grams of vitamin C, 10 to 20 mg of Astaxanthin, the strongest vitamin A.

You can also stimulate a depressed immune system using some of the greatest immune strengtheners, such as Cordyceps, Lions Main mushroom, Tiger Tail mushroom, Ashwagandha, and Beta Glucans.

Detoxing with a sauna, soaking in a hot bath with added magnesium chloride crystals, and rubbing castor oil over your entire body before you go to bed (you can wear an old sweat suit to protect your bedding) can also boost immunity.

Almost all diseases lead to deficiency in Dehydroepiandrosterone, DHEA, or the anti-stress hormone. And this deficiency can further depress your immune system. However, instead of taking a DHEA supplement to stimulate your immune system, MAKE IT instead!

There are four natural and safe ways to enhance DHEA production:

Fire Bliss, Dr. Shealy’s Youth Formula, Dr. Shealy’s Magnesium Lotion, and Eugesterone. These 4 increase DHEA 250%.

All illnesses, including a weak immune system, increase cell death with increased free radicals in the urine. Get yourself Oxi-Data test kits and check your levels. If over one, the best choice is Crystal Bliss.

Crystal Bliss applied once daily decreases free radicals a whopping 80%! There is nothing else that comes close to this safe Transcutaneous Acupuncture technique.

The Shealy-Sorin Gamma PEMF® is highly effective to stimulate a depressed immune system. Used an hour or two daily, it improves mood, as well as physiology throughout the body, mind and brain, putting you in the zone of optimal health.

Shealy-Sorin Gamma PEMF®

The only contraindication is an implanted pacemaker and do not use in pregnancy. It is helpful in improving pain, mood, anxiety, depression, blood pressure, oxygenation in lung disease, advanced Parkinsonism and in autism.

As in every chronic situation, drugs fail in improving immune function. Your personal habits and thinking are the foundation for health. Reducing stress and using this Comprehensive Holistic Plan is the key to learning how to stimulate a depressed immune system.

The five decades of success at the Shealy-Sorin Wellness Institute may be the key to restoring your optimal health. See more at www.normshealy.com, 888-983-3904.
