How To Reduce Chronic Arthritis Pain Without Drugs

Doctor examining a man's back because he's complaining of chronic arthritis pain.

Arthritis can affect any or multiple joints and most people experience episodes of or chronic arthritis pain, either after an injury or just with length of life. It is an inflammatory process, which means some dysfunction of the immune system. In fact, in every illness, there is some dysfunction of immunity.

For basic healthy immunity, you must have the 5 ESSENTIAL health habits:

  1. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18 to 24
  2. no smoking
  3. eat every day 5 to 8 servings of veggies and fruit
  4. exercise at least 30 minutes five days a week
  5. sleep 7-8 hours every night.

Unfortunately, only 3.7% of Americans have all 5 habits!

A depressed immune system is responsible for a huge majority of illnesses and premature death. There are more than 100 different autoimmune diseases in which the immune system damages or destroys one or more organs.

Some of the most well-known autoimmune diseases are overactive thyroid (Graves’ disease) or deficient thyroid (Hashimoto’s thyroiditis), multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel diseases (Crone’s), rheumatoid arthritis, Lupus erythematosus, and psoriasis.

About seven percent of Americans have an autoimmune disorder, twice as often in women as in men but equally serious in both sexes. However, chronic arthritis pain is more often just wear and tear overuse in an unhealthy body or injury.

Chronic arthritis pain is increased by toxicity from fluoride, Roundup, and silver/mercury fillings which weaken the entire body, including our joints and immune system, and force us to need many times more than normal B complex, vitamin C, vitamin D, and Astaxanthin.

Disturbances to a normal nutrient, polysaccharides or glucans, are a root biochemical contributor to weak immunity and degenerative disease like arthritis. The liver and kidneys are our normal detoxifiers, but sweating is equally important.

Saunas are great detoxifiers and soaking in the bathtub with very warm water of about 110 degrees with 3 cups of magnesium chloride for 20 minutes is perhaps even stronger. And putting castor oil all over your body is one of the best.

Chronic arthritis pain is helped by immune strengtheners such as Cordyceps, Lions Mane mushroom, Tiger Tail mushroom, Ashwagandha, and Beta Glucans. Boron deficiency and magnesium deficiency also contribute to osteoporosis and arthritis.

All diseases lead to a deficiency in Dehydroepiandrosterone, DHEA, the anti-stress hormone. Do not take it-MAKE IT! DHEA is naturally increased 250% by Fire Bliss, Dr. Shealy’s Youth Formula, Dr. Shealy’s Magnesium Lotion, and Eugesterone

All illnesses, including a weak immune system, increase cell death with increased free radicals in the urine. Get yourself an Oxi-Data test kit and check your levels. If your levels are over one, the best choice is Crystal Bliss. Applied once daily it decreases free radicals a whopping 80%!

The Shealy-Sorin Gamma PEMF® used an hour or two daily improves chronic arthritis pain, as well as physiology throughout the body, mind and brain, putting you in the zone of optimal health. The only contraindication is an implanted pacemaker. Biogenics® Autogenic Training is also a great help.

As in every chronic situation, drugs fail in improving pain and immune function. They actually create more complications than cures. Personal habits and thinking are the foundation for health. Reducing stress and using this Comprehensive Holistic Plan is the key to comfort.
