How to Optimize Your Holistic Health and Wellness

Our telomeres, the tips of our DNA, shrink one percent each year in healthy people and can shrink 10 percent or more in significantly unhealthy people each year! Unless you wish to suffer the trials and tribulations of disease and early death, you cannot afford the luxury of an unhealthy lifestyle! Your goal must be to achieve holistic health and wellness.

But national statistics show us that 97.5% of Americans have one to five unhealthy habits:

  1. excess weight or obesity
  2. smoking
  3. eating only 2.2 servings of veggies and fruits daily
  4. less than 30 minutes of exercise five days a week
  5. sleeping less than 7 or 8 hours each night!

These unhealthy habits are not a luxury and are just sloppy behavior!

These remarkable facts show why PREMATURE DEATH is the fate for 79% of Americans.

Therefore, the Essential Healthy way to Wellness is:

  1. Body Mass Index 18 to 24
  3. 8 to 10 servings of veggies/fruits daily
  4. Minimum of 30 minutes of physical exercise at 3 least 5 days weekly
  5. Sleeping 7 or 8 hours EVERY night!

To a significant degree, this attitude and commitment to holistic health and wellness requires a holistic approach to life.

The essence of a religious HOLY life is an ever-present awareness of our connection with God, Holy and the divine. We are always cognizant that we are a soul in a human body but in tune with the divine through our spirit. The essential foundation of Holism is that every thought is a prayer. The purpose in life is to help others and to expand our spiritual experience. Our body is part of the Holy and we must avoid all activities that are harmful. We consider abortion a spiritual sin and the use of aborted cells is an abominable sin. Any toxic mineral or substance is also purposefully harmful including mercury, formaldehyde and metals.

Anything which potentially damages our DNA is unholy and potentially damages our soul.

However, achieving holistic health and wellness is not just about avoiding things. It is also about embracing and doing things that enhance your life.

Again, because of the pollution in our world, you need support to achieve holistic health and wellness. Which means you need to be taking daily vitamins. The following are what we recommend for everyone:

  • Vitamin D 3 – take 50,000 units a week if you weigh 140 or more pounds; take 50,000 units the first, tenth and 20th of each month if you weigh under 140 pounds.
  • Shealy-Sorin Eco Green Essentials – take 2 daily if you weigh under 140 pounds; 4 daily if you weigh over 140 pounds.
