How to Increase Your Happiness and Health

Happiness and health are more like Siamese twins than anything else in life. It is very difficult to be happy if you are unhealthy and difficult to be healthy if you are unhappy!

Of course you must have air, water, clothes, food and housing to live. And if any of these are nor secure, it is almost impossible to be healthy or happy. Assuming these essentials are not threatened, you may wish for many other items, some luxuries and some personal desires. Assuming that you have a job that provides the essentials and a love mate and virtually essential that you recognize the remarkable spiritual blessing of creation.

There are five absolutely essential habits which, interestingly, only 2.5% of Americans have!

You are being health stupid if you do not have these essentials. The time has come to be HEALTH INTELLIGENT. Activate your Healthy Happiness IQ.

Body Mass Index 18-24. Seventy-two percent of Americans flunk this one with their Health IQ of below 70!

Eat 5 to 8 or more servings daily of vegetables and fruits. The AVERAGE American is eating only 2.2 servings daily!!! Eating this little real food is a guarantee of disease and unhappiness. Health IQ below 70.

No smoking. Twenty-two percent of adults still smoke. Health IQ below 70 and a guarantee of disease and early death!

Exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes 5 days a week. Only 10 % do this! The lazy score a Health IQ of below 70.

Sleep 7 or 8 hours every night. Forty one percent do not get his and they create more auto accidents than drugs and alcohol. Health IQ below 70!

SO, 97.5% of Americans suffer from severe HEALTH stupidity, which means that they are unhealthy and cannot be happy!

Even with the essential habits, you can still improve your happiness and health.

First, you need far more supplementation than recommended by the medical profession. B complex should include 25 mg of the basic B’s, with a wide essential variety. We recommend at least 2 Shealy-Sorin Eco-Green Essentials daily. AND 4 Shealy-Sorin Youth Formula daily. And Vitamin D 3, 50,000 IU once a week if you weigh 140 or more pounds.
