How To Get Off Blood Pressure Medication Safely

Hypertension affects 40% of Americans and typical drug therapy FAILS 55% of the time! Indeed it is one of the worst of all conventions. And spurs many to ask how to get off blood pressure medication safely.

And for those 45% who do have success with typical drug therapy almost inevitably develop significant loss of energy or “fatigue” and, in men, erectile dysfunction. 

The Holistic approach for treating hypertension is far superior!

At the top of the list is Autogenic Training. Done 18 minutes twice daily for 3 months works safely and effectively 85% of the time in lowering blood pressure.

The simplest way to do that is to BOUNCE. That involves standing with just the slightest bending up and down of your knees, while circling your arms at your sides. When you begin bouncing, start with just 2 minutes and each day add one minute, building to 30 minutes 5 to 7 days a week.

One more consideration before you begin the process of getting off your blood pressure medication safely is to take 15 drops of NitroXtreme™ twice daily for at least a week.

Once you have unequivocally practiced Autogenic Training twice daily for a week or two, gotten up to 20 minute of exercise or more daily, and been taking NitroXtreme™ for at least a week, you may be ready to begin to get off your blood pressure medication safely by slowly weaning from those unhealthy antihypertensive drugs.

If your blood pressure is not higher than 149/89 then you may proceed one drug at a time weaning.

BUT, if your blood pressure is above that level, you need to add L-Taurine 2000 mg three times daily and niacin 100 mg three times daily. After a week, test your blood pressure again to see if it is not higher than 149/89.

Once your blood pressure is at or below this value, you can begin weaning on drug at a time by following the protocol below.

If the drug dosage can be cut in half, do that with one drug and see what happens in a week. After a week, if your blood pressure remains satisfactory, then cut out the other half of that drug. If your blood pressure is still at or below 149/89, then you have gotten off your blood pressure medication safely.

However, if the drug dosage cannot be cut in half, take the drug every other day for a week. After a week, if your blood pressure remains satisfactory, then cut out the other half of that drug. If your blood pressure is still at or below 149/89, then you have gotten off your blood pressure medication safely.

Of course, there are other things that can contribute to high blood pressure than stress, a poor diet and a lack of exercise.

There are other adjustments you need to consider making if you want to get off blood pressure medication for good.

Everyone in today’s polluted world needs to avoid fluoridated water like the plague it is.

You should also take B complex, such as Shealy-Sorin, Eco-Green Essentials 2 daily; Shealy-Sorin Youth Formula 4 daily and adequate Vitamin D 3 at 50,000 units once a week if you weigh 140 pounds or more or 50,000 units first, tenth and twentieth each month if you weigh less than 140 pounds.

Remember, that the most basic essentials are adjusting your Body Mass Index and Autogenic Training! Not to start weaning from the drugs prematurely!

If you have not achieved the 149/89 or lower first, then you need to use the Shealy-Sorin Gamma PEMF two or more hours daily before any drug weaning! In your situation it is best worn hanging around the neck with the coil over your heart. And the Gamma PEMF can be used all day and all night, safely. It is far better than any drug in the world!
