DRUGS THAT CAUSE MORE HARM THAN GOOD

To some extent it is a toss-up as to which drugs cause more harm than good. The top 5 categories are:
- Antidepressants
- Antianxiety
- Anti-hypertensives
- Statins
- Antipsychotics
First and foremost, all of these drugs have some benefit IN FAR LESS THAN 50% OF PEOPLE & THEY ALL HAVE STRIKING SIDE-EFFECTS— i.e. COMPLICATIONS!
Antipsychotics – Should be used only in the most severe psychotics, actually those who should be incarcerated. NEVER CURE!!!!!!!!!!!
If you are focused enough to read this, avoid these drugs. There are far safer and more effective holistic approaches which work in 80 to 99% of people!

Anti-Anxiety-benzodiazepines
Do calm but convert anxiety into depression. They shrink the brain!
Antidepressants
Four major studies show that the PharmacoMafia refused to have published 75% of the NEGATIVE studies.
Minimal benefit in 42% of people; serious blah, BRAIN SHRINKAGE, and Erectile Dysfunction in most!! Strikingly increase risk of suicide
Work adequately in ONLY 45% of patients. Cause fatigue in a huge majority of people. Cause erectile dysfunction in most men.
Anti-diabetics

Fair in helping control diabetes but do not “cure” it.
ALTERNATIVES
Weight loss, exercise and avoiding wheat and gluten work well in 95+% of people.
Chromium, vanadium,
gymnema sylvestre and Guggulipid work better and safer than drugs!
Although they do lower cholesterol, there are far safer alternatives. They MAY help 1% of people! They CAUSE memory loss, muscle pain and weakness including weaker heart muscle, peripheral nerve damage and damage to many other organs including the brain.

Normal weight, avoiding trans-fats and vegetable oils other than olive oil, exercise, Autogenic Training, increased Omega 3’s, lecithin, beta sitosterol, Tri-Methyl Glycine(TMG), Taurine, timed release niacin
