Ask The Doctors: What Is The Connection Between Depression And Heart Disease?

Model of a human heart.

Depression can be both a cause of and a result of cardiovascular (heart) disease. Even mild depression is a common and significant risk factor for developing heart disease. It can also raise the risk of future cardiovascular complications. Research has shown that depression can make it harder to recover from heart disease.

This is no surprise, since depression has been linked to many of the lifestyle factors that contribute to heart disease.

These lifestyle factors include a poor diet, inactivity, drug or alcohol abuse, and social isolation. Some of the most common symptoms of depression, such as low energy, sleep problems, and irritability, are also common in heart disease.

Symptoms of depression include sadness, fatigue, difficulty focusing or concentrating, unhappiness, anger, irritability, frustration, lack of interest or pleasure, too much or too little sleep, lack of angry, anxiety, craving junk and unhealthy foods, as well as loss of pleasure.

All these symptoms may raise cholesterol, cortisone, adrenalin, and blood sugar. In other words, you cannot afford the luxury of depression! It is wallowing in manure. Interestingly the drugs used to treat depression may be worse than the depression itself. And they increase the risk of suicide!

Diet changes that support healing from depression and heart disease.

Nutritionally avoid wheat, rice, Irish potatoes, pop and sugar. Add tryptophan up to 7000 mg daily with 4 Shealy-Sorin Eco Green Essentials and 4 Shealy-Sorin Youth Formula and 15 to 20 mg of lithium orotate. Add palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) 400 mg three times daily.

If your cholesterol is above 200, it is time to start TMG (Tri-Methyl Glycine) at a dose of 2000 mg three times daily and 2 heaping tablespoons of lecithin granules daily. A billion times better and safer than any statin!

These additional lifestyle changes are helpful.

If you’re suffering from depression and heart disease, immediately start doing Autogenic Training twice daily and explore the 60 different approaches to retrain the brain in our Biogenics® course.

Begin a gentle physical exercise program. Gentle exercise is excellent for both depression and heart disease! Push yourself to exercise a minimum of 30 minutes daily.

You can also make use of therapeutic tools.

Electrically depression results in a generalized failure of the normal smooth electrical functioning of the brain. And the best restoration of that electrical system is the Shealy-Sorin Gamma PEMF®. It is the only PEMF machine proven to put the brain into Gamma, the “in the zone” state. It is better for depression, anxiety and opioid addiction than all the psychiatrists and mood drugs in the world!

You can wear it up to 23 hours a day, removing it only to take a bath or shower.

The Gamma PEMF increases our ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate), our rechargeable battery, giving us increased energy, healing, repair, and all metabolic functions! It is like a spark plug or catalyst for energy production throughout the body!

The Gamma PEMF recharges the Transmembrane Potential (TMP), enhances the sodium-potassium pump, increases cellular pH to assist our essential alkalinity, improves oxygen assimilation and microcirculation, and lowers blood viscosity.

All of this leads to stronger bones, improved beta endorphins and pain relief, better sleep and human growth hormone secretion, more energy, better overall blood circulation, improved immunity, relaxation and stress reduction, along with nerve and tissue regeneration.

The Gamma PEMF has three different sweep frequencies: chakra sweep, Gamma and Delta. The chakra sweep frequency is for overall healing. The Gamma frequency is for putting the brain into detachment from anxiety or for pain control. And the Delta frequency is for sleep.

The Gamma PEMF is safer and better for anxiety than all the drugs in the world. There are NO safe and effective anti-anxiety drugs. They not only fail to cure anxiety but also are a leading cause of hypertension!

The Gamma PEMF is highly effective in treating Parkinsonism, Alzheimer’s disease, depression, diabetic neuropathy, hypertension, diabetic neuropathy, and local pain.

Additional testing is needed.

If you suffer from depression and possibly heart disease, then, ideally, no later than age 45, you should have a calcium score test. This test gives you the relative calcification of the coronary arteries. If your score is 200 or above it is best to start wearing a crushed sapphire pouch on your chest all day long and repeat the score within a year. BYPASS BYPASS SURGERY™.

Appropriate nutrition, physical exercise, the crushed sapphire pouch, Autogenic Training and the Shealy-Sorin Gamma PEMF® are the solution to both depression and heart disease!
