I will not even drink a cup of coffee at a fast food restaurant, as they add monosodium gluconate to everything! Even in the grocery stores 80% of the food is JUNK, with harmful additives in everything except the fresh fruits and veggies and perhaps some of the meat and dairy!
Twenty two percent of ADULTS STILL SMOKE. One pack a day shortens life by 7 years. Two packs shortens life by 12 years and three packs shortens life by 18 years, the same as someone 40 pounds of weight or more overweight!
Eat 7 to 10 Servings Of Veggies And Fruits Daily
The average American eats only two total servings of fruits and veggies daily! The MINIMUM for health is 5 and the ideal is 8 to 10!! French fries and ketchup are NOT veggies! If you won’t eat the real things at least add DAILY 2 tablespoons of tart cherry juice concentrate and one scoop of Orac Rich Greens!
Exercise 30 Minutes A Day, 5 Days A Week
Another reason you may be asking, “Why is my immune system weak?” is because ONLY ten percent of Americans get adequate exercise! Sitting all day is as deadly a smoking a pack or more of cigarettes daily! At 88 years of age, I exercise 2 hours seven days a week! Exercise is ESSENTIAL for immune and heart health.
Sleep 7 to 8 Hours Every Night
Over 40% of Americans sleep less than 7 hours a night. Those who sleep 6 or less hours function at the level of slightly drunk. Those in this most stupid habit of inadequate sleep are responsible for more automobile accidents than drugs and alcohol!
Take The Basic Essential Supplements
In today’s polluted world we need far more essential vitamins than 50 years ago.
Seventy-five percent of rain has glyphosate in it—one of the worst poisons in history. (In fact, if the FDA did an adequate job, they would not allow the word ORGANIC to be used unless it was grown in a greenhouse with purified air and water.)
City water is polluted with fluoride which has lowered IQ at least ten points and decreased male fertility from 150 million sperm to forty million. Unless we rid the country of fluoride in twenty years, there will be no more children!!!
