6 Proven Methods for Enhancing Your Immune System Function

The immune system is as complex as the nervous system and involves the thymus, spleen, bone marrow, small intestine, white blood cells and antibodies. Its job is to keep us healthy. Yet we experience things every day that inhibit its function. At the top of the list for negatively impacting your immune system’s function is stress—physical, chemical, emotional, mental, electromagnetic and nuclear.

Perhaps, other than emotional, the greatest immune stressor today is glyphosate. Glyphosate, also known as Roundup®, is present in 75% of our rain and 90% of groundwater!

The next greatest stressor may be fluoride which has almost destroyed our pineal gland and fertility. It is present in nearly all public water systems. Yet it needs to be avoided like the plague it is!

However, you can enhance your immune system’s function by following these proven, holistic suggestions.

  1. Adjust your attitude

    Of course, everything starts with our attitude. And fear of anything is an alarm to the immune system. Just as every thought is a prayer, every moment our attitude determines whether all our habits, activities and experiences are experienced as either peaceful or stressful.

    You cannot afford the luxury of anxiety and maintain peak performance of your immune system!

  2. Take appropriate supplements

    Just as breathing is essential every moment of the day, nutrition is critically important. Our food today does not supply all the nutrition we need. So, supplementation is necessary to maintain and enhance immune system function.

    Start by enhancing your intake of D 3, B complex and vitamin C.

    Adults should take 50,000 units of D 3 once a week if they weigh 140 pounds or more. If they weigh 139 or less 50,000 units the first, tenth and 20th of each month. AND at the awareness of an onset of a viral infection take 150,000 units of D 3 three days in a row!

    Adults should take Shealy-Sorin Eco Green Essentials, our recommended B complex, 2 daily if they weigh 149 pounds or less and 4 daily if they weigh 150 or more.

  4. Get moving

    You need a MINIMUM of 30 minutes of physical exercise a minimum of 5 days a week. If you will not do anything else, at least get a vibe plate and stand on it vibrating at least 30 minutes 5 days a week!
