5 Things You Need To Know About Getting Off Anti-Anxiety Medication


As with ALL mood drugs, anti-anxiety drugs create far more problems and help virtually NONE! And, when you are ready, getting off anti-anxiety medication is one of the problems

Number one:

So called “side effects” include depression, disinhibition, difficulty thinking, decreased libido, decreased IQ, poor coordination, uncontrollable anger and violence, increased risk of suicide, memory loss, low blood pressure and increased risk of stroke, nausea, cardiac problems, increased pulmonary hypertension and fatal lung disease, addiction and dependency so you need more and more of the poison, increased risk of bleeding, anxiety, seizures, psychosis, hypersensitivity, gastrointestinal problems, and insomnia!

Number two:

Withdrawal can be a nightmare, with switching from one poison to another, etc. To many extents getting off anti-anxiety medication is worse than getting off alcohol, cigarettes/cigars/tobacco, and opioids. Virtually never do anti-anxiety drugs produce happiness or significantly improved mental function.

The only possible good effect is ultimately getting off the crud.

Number three:

Getting off anti-anxiety medication can take months of careful weaning, meanwhile, you can help yourself by practicing Autogenic training at least 18 minutes twice daily. And 30 minutes of any moderate exercise is far safer and more effective than Valium or any anti-anxiety drug!

Other assistants are daily use of magnesium lotion or soaking in a bath with 3 cups of magnesium chloride. Adequate B complex can help, up to 100 mg daily. And L-taurine, 1000 mg six times daily is infinitely safer and more effective than any anti-anxiety drug.

Other safe and more effective natural anti-anxiety supplements include L-tryptophan, lithium orotate, ashwagandha, yogi tea, Kava Kava, Omega 3 fish oils, lavender oil, chamomile, passionflower, lemon balm, SAM-e, saffron, curcumin, probiotics, GABA, L-theanine, St. John’s Wort, Valerian root, and CBD oil.

Number four:

Interestingly, acupuncture can be remarkably effective in decreasing the need for anti-anxiety medication.
