5 Habits that Will Make You Healthy and Happy

For most Americans, the thought of consistently feeling healthy and happy is an unattainable dream. Unfortunately, this false belief is keeping them imprisoned in unhappiness and pain.

The truth is that virtually everyone has the ability to make living in health and happiness our normal state.

If you are not current feeling healthy and happy more often than not, you have not yet developed the 5 essential habits. These are the same habits we have helped over 35,000 patients use as the basis for regaining their health and happiness.

  1. Meditate.

    Start and end each day with Autogenic Training. There are more scientific studies on Autogenic Training than any other meditation technique.

    It consists of 6 simple phrases repeated and will put you into a perfect trance. The phrases are: My arm and legs are heavy and warm; My heartbeat is calm and regular; My breathing is free and easy; My abdomen is warm; My forehead is cool; My mind is quiet and still.

  2. Practice proper nutrition.

    Although there are many different perspectives on what constitutes proper nutrition. The following is what works for us and our clients who have chosen to live a healthy and happy life.

    Eat only real food. Eat 8 to 10 servings of veggies with one or two fruit – OR take Orac-Energy Greens and 2 tablespoons of tart red cherry juice concentrate; salmon or sardines; and take Shealy-Sorin Youth Formula and Shealy-Sorin Eco-Green Iron-Free Essentials.

    Avoid fluoride, wheat, rice, potatoes and sugar.

    Drink non-fluoridated water in half of your body weight in pounds in ounces of water.

    What you will discover is that you will keep your Body Mass Index (BMI) at 18 to 24. This is important because obesity is the number one cause of premature death.

  3. Exercise.

    It is vital that you move your body and exercise at least 30 minutes at least 5 days a week.

    Any exercise that raises your heartbeat to 100 or above is better than sitting! Walk, jog, use a trampoline or standing on a vibe plate while circling your arms.

    Sitting all day is as bad as smoking one or two packs a day!


    Smoking is as bad for your health as being obese!

  5. Get adequate sleep.

    Sleep 7 or 8 hours every night. When you consistently sleep 6 or fewer hours you function as if slightly drunk and cause more accidents than drunks and drug addicts.

Only 2.5% of Americans have all five habits! If you are not willing to practice these 5 habits, then you are not smart enough to be happy! That is why the average American dies at age 79, at least 21 years early.

Of course, to truly be healthy and happy you must also live a spiritual life.

This means that in every moment you know you are a soul temporally in a physical body. You recognize that the universe is part of the divine creation. You also know that your purpose in living is to help others.

To live a spiritual life that promotes your health and happiness, it is vital that you DETACH from the nonsense of the world. Be at peace every moment of the day and night.

Happiness is an inside job. It is essential for health and longevity. Therefore, you want to be tolerant, forgiving and at peace.

You may want to regularly meet and dialog with your personal angel as a part of your spiritual practices.

If you truly desire to be healthy and happy you need to ask yourself these questions. Have you forgiven all the xx blank blanks who have offended or harmed you? Have you blessed all those who have helped you? Have you detached from all negative thoughts and memories?

Along with having a spiritual life that supports you, a life philosophy that can help you remain healthy and happy is forgiveness. Forgive the infidels who annoy or try to harm you. Create a protective energy shield around you.
